Kristine joined the Young Lives team in early 2016 as a Quantitative Research Assistant. She currently provides support in the development of the Round 5 (2016) survey.
Previously, Kristine worked as a Research Analyst at the Asian Development Bank in Manila, Philippines. She was also a Lecturer at the Tarlac State University in Tarlac City, Philippines. She completed her master’s degree in Impact Evaluation for International Development from the University of East Anglia where, as part of her dissertation, she investigated the impact of Ethiopia’s Productive Safety Net Programme on child labour and schooling. She also has a BSc in Statistics and MA in Economics from the University of the Philippines.
Her research interests include impact evaluations of education and health programmes in developing economies, and development economics.
