Biography

Antonio is the co-Principal Investigator for Niños del Milenio (Young Lives Peru) with Alan Sanchez. He is a PhD candidate in economics from the University of San Andrés in Argentina, where he completed his master's degree in economics. He holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos.

Previously, he has been the coordinator of educational policy evaluations for the Ministry of Education where he has led the design and execution of impact and qualitative evaluations of educational policy interventions. Also, he participated in the Cost-Effective Innovation Laboratory for Educational Policy (MineduLAB) and in the design of tools for incentives in education, as well as in consulting on labor market issues for the International Labor Organization (ILO).
