Global Spotlight on Young Lives Research
The BBC World Service featured Young Lives Director Marta Favara in a special programme titled The Covid Generation Revisited, aired on 29 March. In the programme, which revisits young adults previously interviewed in 2020, as they entered the work place, Marta discussed the impact of the pandemic on young people’s lives, using evidence from our Round 7 findings. Ethiopia: Media Coverage and Government Engagement
Young Lives Ethiopia secured extensive media coverage in some of the country's most widely read newspapers, as well as on Tirita Radio, Sheger Radio, and Ahadu Radio. Articles highlighting the research findings appeared in:

To further disseminate the results, Young Lives Ethiopia hosted a high-profile event in Addis Ababa, bringing together government officials and representatives from national and international organisations. HE Dr Ergogie Tesfaye, Minister of Women and Social Affairs, will deliver the opening remarks.
Peru: Generates Widespread Media Attention
Niños del Milenio, (Young Lives Peru), presented the Round 7 findings at an event in Lima, attended by over 50 participants, including researchers and representatives from NGOs, international organisations, and JUNTOS.
The findings also received widespread media attention. Country Director Santiago Cueto appeared on Epicentro TV to discuss the results, while researchers Antonio Campos and Vanessa Rojas contributed articles to Ojo Público:

India: Policy Influence and Press
The Young Lives India launch took place in New Delhi, featuring guest speaker Dr Shamika Ravi, Member of the Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister.
