Harmonie Limb joined the Young Lives team as Programme Manager in December 2024.

Harmonie leads the Programme Management team at Young Lives, and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the governance and operational management aspects of the Young Live Programme. She works closely with the Senior Leadership Team, Principal Investigators and Country Directors to ensure smooth delivery of the programme, and is passionate about working closely with partners across the globe to improve the lives of young people around the world. 

Harmonie brings a wealth of expertise to Young Lives, having worked in programme management and fundraising roles at Oxfam for over 15 years. These included managing the Oxfam Business Advisory Service, and Corporate fundraising roles where she worked closely with colleagues across Africa, Asia and Europe to deliver programmes funded by corporate donors. More recently, Harmonie worked in the Corporate Partnerships team at the World Wildlife Fund (WWF) UK monitoring the  impact of WWF’s award winning corporate partnerships and developing the a new business fundraising strategy.
