Katherine holds a degree in Nutrition from the University of San Marcos in Peru and holds a Doctorate in Nutrition from the Mexican Public Health Institute. She has worked as an investigator in the Swedish University of Agricoal Sciences and in Harvard School of Public Health.
Katherine founded the Nutrition, Diet and Sustainable Food Systems in Peru and is a member of the Latin American Nutrition Leaders network.
