Vu Hoang Dat worked as a data and research assistant for Young Lives in Viet Nam in the period of 2006-2010 and has been back as a research assistant since April 2020. He is a researcher at the Centre for Analysis and Forecasting (CAF) under Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS). His research focuses on livelihoods and poverty, productivity, and labour market. Dat holds a PhD in Economics from Paris Dauphine University, PSL University.
