Huong has been policy and communications officer for Young Lives Vietnam since 2010. She is a junior researcher at the Centre for Analysis and Forecasting (CAF), within the Vietnam Academy of Social Sciences (VASS). She works alongside the Young Lives policy coordinator in engaging with key stakeholders and is also responsible for the Young Lives Vietnam website and supporting the team in publication and communication activities. 

Prior to joining the team, Huong worked at the International Cooperation Department at VASS, developing strong engagement with policymakers, external organisations and donor agencies. She previously worked at Gucci Group Corporate Communications and holds an MSc in International Management from Bocconi University in Italy.

Her research interests are in socio-economic development; cultural studies; education; communications; poverty; and children's issues.
